Carestamp in the field, built for real home-care visits
The Carestamp mobile app is where care actually gets documented. Caregivers open the app when they arrive at a client's home, clock in with location confirmation, and immediately see the care plan for that visit. Each task is checked off as it's completed, so nothing gets missed and the record reflects exactly what happened during the visit.
Because the app and the web portal share one Carestamp account, there's nothing extra to set up. A caregiver signs in with the same email and password their agency already created, and only the visits assigned to them appear. Supervisors and owners manage scheduling, clients, and oversight from the web, while caregivers stay focused on documenting care from their phone.
Connectivity in the field is never perfect, so Carestamp is designed to keep working when signal drops. Visit activity is captured on the device and reconciled once a connection returns, which means a weak cellular area won't cost your agency a clock-in or a completed note. When a time needs adjusting, caregivers can request a correction and supervisors review it — with the change tracked for a clean, audit-ready history.
Families feel the difference too. When an agency approves a visit summary, authorized family members receive a clear, appropriate update about their loved one — without ever seeing internal notes, staff details, or exact locations. It's the reassurance families want, delivered straight from the documentation caregivers already complete.
